GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Everyone must abide our sanitary rules before coming in and children must wear anti-slip socksat all times. Adults must take off the shoes before entry. Socks must be worn for hygiene purposes.
  2. Please follow the instructionsof the Vitaland staff at all times or you may be removed from the premises and refused entry in future. This is to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants engaged. You will not be given a refund for any unused time if you have been removed from the premises due to your misconduct as reasonably determined by us and you acknowledge your entry to the premises is strictly on this basis.
  3. Please do not loseyour wristband as Vitaland Play Pass Tickets are time sensitive. The wristbands will work as the Play Pass Tickets denoting your entry and exit time. Customers are required to show their wristbands upon leaving. If you overstay your exit time, an additional cost will be applied for extra play time. We sell at minimum one-hour Play Pass Tickets. Partial hour payments are not accepted. If you lose your wristband, you will be required to purchase an Unlimited Pass upon exiting.
  4. Please do not lose your receipts. The receipts work as the free-coffee coupons. Vitaland Kids Cafe is not liable to refund customers who lost their free-coffee coupons.
  5. As a condition of entry Customers must understand and complete the Waiver document. Vitaland Kids Cafe does not accept any responsibilitywhatsoever to any person or property or injury suffered to any person whilst at the premises. 
  6. Children must be supervised by accompanying adult parent/guardian at all times. Vitaland Kids Cafe is not liable for any injury or damaged caused due toincorrect usage of our equipment. Customers are responsible for their own safety on our equipment. Please abide by the instructions on the signs, if unsure please ask our staff for assistance.
  7. For food safety reasons, strictly no outside food or drink is to be consumed on the premises. (Except baby bottles & baby food). Please be aware that food allergies can cause serious and even deadly reactions in kids, so it’s important for you to follow our instructions.
  8. Persons entering the premises agree toindemnify Vitaland Kids Cafe against any loss or liability, cost, expense or damage arising from their acts or omissions and any damage caused to our property whilst on our premises.
  9. Strictly no violence, abusive or rough play on our premises Any sharp objects (such as watches, jewellery, badges, pens, jeans with metal studs) must be  It is your sole responsibility to take care of your belongings whilst on our premises.
  10. Vitaland Kids Cafe accepts no responsibilitiesfor lost or stolen belongings. Please take care of your personal belongings.
  11. If you decide to leave without using up the entire time you have purchased, you will notbe entitled to a refund of any unused time.
  12. Children who are injured, sickare not permitted to use the play facilities.
  13. Children must go down the slides feet first. Under nocircumstances should children attempt to climb up any slides.
  14. Keep prams in designated areas, only children under 6-month-olds are allowed to bring the prams inside.
  15. Drinking and bringing alcoholicbeverages and smoking of cigarettes or any tobacco products are strictly not allowed.
  16. Vitaland Kids Café reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove the Conditions of Entry from time to time.
